MILES BERRY (Managing Director)
Miles has been at Prospect for over 28 years, and running the company since 1988. In addition to general management, Miles compiles many quotes to customers and enquirers personally, and has a hands-on approach which is well suited to a customer-orientated production environment. He was a founding committee member of the old DMA North, is a member of the DMA Mailing House Council, and is a Board Member of the Strategic Mailing Partnership.
JOANNA RODWELL (Production Director)
Joanna (Miles’ sister) is responsible for ensuring that work is carried out on time to the required standard, which involves co-ordinating a broad range of production activities. Her main challenge is allocating capacity in the correct proportion for each job, taking account of changing circumstances. Joanna’s efforts ensure that we keep our reputation for flexibility and reliability.
JO FOSTER, MANDIE OSBORN, DEBBIE WILKINSON (Account Managers)
Jo joined Prospect in 1995 from Grattan, where she worked for several years in their marketing department- so naturally she looks after our large mail-order customers. Mandie has a huge amount of Customer Service experience and re-joined Prospect in 2009 after spells client-side and in print management. Debbie benefits from 10 years of solid shop floor experience and has been an account manager since 2007.
Their collective responsibilities include briefing production, controlling each project and keeping customers informed about the progress of their jobs.
