LASER, IMPACT AND INKJET PRINTING

Xerox Nuvera 100, Nashuatec MP1350, 4x 40ppm HP lasers, 1 x Olivetti 40ppm colour laser.
A4 to A3, simplex and duplex
Mailing labels on Newbury Data and Data Products dot matrix printers. Continuous forms printing
On-line inkjet printing with all of our polywrappers: 8-line Domino JetArray systems plus Domino Bitjet 212 which allows graphics printing at the same time as text. VideoJet Printmail off-line system with 2 x 50mm print heads.

Capacity to produce over 350,000 mailpacks per day
Continuous stationery trimming, merging and folding
High volume folding and cross-folding from continuous stationary or cut sheets
Enclosing into paper envelopes from C6 up to C4 (8 machines)
Polywrapping: Norpak and Sitma lines, with inkjet printing

HAND FINISHING AND PACKING
We typically process over a million pieces of print per day. A very experienced team of benchworkers who tackle the jobs which are technically not machineable, or where run lengths do not justify a mechanised approach. This team also takes on the very quick turnaround high-volume "city" work, which has become one of our special strengths.
